Virtual and Online Sessions Available

All therapy sessions can be completed via HIPAA compliant telehealth, phone, or in-person. Please note that neurofeedback is limited to in-person and/or a remote neurofeedback device.  

Insurance Information

While we do not take insurance at this time, we do take HSA and FSA. We can also create a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, and we are happy to work with them to accomplish this. We care about our clients and want to do what we can to ensure that they have access to our neurofeedback and biofeedback as well as counseling services.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a scheduled neurofeedback and/or counseling session, we ask that you let us know a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your session. If timely notification is not given, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed session. A cancellation notice less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a fee of $65.
